Openreach has conducted an online survey and a series of phone interviews with over 3,700 people to help us better understand the connectivity preferences, needs and behaviours of UK consumers.
The research included a wide variety of residential customers, as well as homeworkers. The insights were then used to develop eight distinct consumer profiles, each with different communication needs and requirements. We’ve created customer video profiles to help bring this to life and also linked them to specific product recommendations from our own portfolio.
We’ll look to update this research to keep it fresh every couple of years, so it’ll reflect the ever-changing needs of consumers.
