To help us better understand the UK business market, Openreach commissioned an extensive piece of research in 2016 that looked at the communication and data needs, as well as the purchasing behaviours of different organisations.
With a sample size of over 1,450 which covered a variety of small businesses and larger corporates businesses, we used an online survey to develop 11 distinct segments. We then brought these to life by creating customer video case studies of real businesses. These include key insights into their everyday connectivity challenges, which we’ve aligned to specific product recommendations and solutions from our portfolio.
We’ll look to refresh the research every couple of years to reflect the continually changing business landscape.
